JUST PLAIN SENSE TAKE OFF AT THEIR
LAUNCH PARTY
Warwickshire based Just Plain Sense (JPS) launched with style at the Royal Leamington Spa Polo Club on the weekend of the 14 th of October 2006 where 450 guests viewed the assets purchased by the company for their first fractional ownership club. With their 40 foot Sealine Motor Yacht, Ferrari F430 and a Bell B206 Helicopter on site, customers were given a tour of the aspirational assets and offered a 1/16 th share which gives them 3 weeks use of each asset per annum. The company offer a 3 year package with a weekly charge of just £200 (covering the cost of maintenance, insurance, cleaning and delivery), meaning the scheme is both financially compelling and offers a “no hassle” solution to the usual nightmares of outright ownership.
Entry to the club involves paying a share of the assets value (Club 1 Share price of £48,400), which after 3 years will be returned following the sale of the clubs assets. JPS differs from other schemes of this sort by covering the depreciation of the mechanical assets through the inclusion of property into each club. Based on 5% appreciation of the property JPS are confident that members will receive at least a 90% return on their initial share investment. The scheme is a new concept in asset ownership which was conceived by the companies Managing Director Shaun Harborne; “Following years of research and development the scheme is now live and the level of interest has been remarkable, with 10 memberships of the required 16 for Club 1 sold over the launch weekend and 6 deposits taken for the start of clubs 2 and 3 in January 2007.”
Operations Director Luke Needham added; “Members of the scheme, which is available to both private individuals and corporate bodies, also benefit from a full range of other executive lifestyle services.”

JOIN THE CLUB AND SHARE A LUXURY LIFESTYLE
Ever dreamt about getting behind the wheel of a Ferrari F430 or taking your helicopter to the marina for a weekend aboard a luxury yacht?
Now this kind of lifestyle is not just reserved for the rich and famous, thanks to a unique asset sharing scheme launched this month by Warwickshire-based, Just Plain Sense (JPS). The scheme offers membership to an exclusive club which is based on the current trend towards 'fractional ownership'. This means that members can share aspirational lifestyle assets including super cars, aeroplanes, helicopters, motor yachts and luxury holiday retreats.
JPS Managing Director, Shaun Harborne, said: "Owning a small share of each asset enables members to pay just a fraction of the otherwise prohibitive costs of rental or outright ownership and they are free from the nightmares associated with upkeep or disposal.
"Members of the scheme, which is available to both private individuals and corporate bodies, also benefit from a full range of other executive lifestyle services." He added.
The founders of Just Plain Sense have been providing executive services to businessmen, celebrities and sporting personalities for several years. One customer, international cricketer, Allan Lamb, said: "The JPS scheme is the answer to the dreams and aspirations of everyone I've ever met".
Just Plain Sense are presenting full details of the scheme at a special, invitation only, launch event to be held at The Royal Leamington Spa Polo Club, Southam, Warwickshire on the 13, 14 and 15 October.
