Just Plain Sense was formed in 2006 following several years of research and development by its founders Shaun Harborne and Luke Needham. The scheme offers a unique and financially compelling concept that gives its members access to the 4 main lifestyle aspirational assets.

Not only are the costs of access to these assets massively reduced but with a comprehensive management contract in place members have all the enjoyment of use without any of the nightmares of upkeep or disposal.

JPS allows 16 members for each club, who physically own a share of the assets for a fixed period of 36 months. At the end of this period members have a clear exit strategy, with the assets being sold and the members receiving their share of the proceeds.
